Scalloped Decorative Plate

This tutorial will show you how to make a deocrative plate with scalloped edges in your Paint Shop Pro. Skill level should be intermediate, meaning you are familiar with working with layers. Printable version coming soon!
For this tutorial you will need:
Paint Shop Pro (I use PSP 7 anniversary edition)
two tubes of your choice, one for the trim around the edge of the plate, and one for the main image in the middle of the plate, and patience. I have used Super Blade Pro for the edge of the plate, but it can be done without it, which directions are given later on for doing that.
Now that we have all of our materials, let's get ready to make our Decorative Plate.
