Sig Tag Tutorial

This is my tutorial for a "fan-tasy" sig tag. Everyone uses them in their email and leaving in guestbooks. My tutorial for a mosaic fantasy sig tag may look complicated, but with the use of filters, is very easy!
For this tutorial you will need:
Paint Shop Pro (I use PSP 7 anniversary edition)
three tubes of your choice, one should be a metallic image tube. This is for our mosaic background and two filters for the zoom blur background effect
gold star tube (background image for blur and mosaic effect) I have provided one for you here
A fan as the one shown above or similar, or any other graphic you would like in the background
a rose tube here or bouquet of flowers tube (your choice of your own graphic)
and the "zoom blur" and the "soft border" filters which you can download here. If you need help installing filters, here is a small help page that will help you *here*
